- Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the survey is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to all residents across Australia who are a parent/carer of a child with intellectual disability and/or autism.
- The survey closes at 11:49pm AEST on 8 July 2023. Only completed entries received by this time will be eligible to enter the draw.
- Family Planning Australia accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries or delays in the delivery of entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
- Only one entry per person. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per person. The use of multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses or SIM cards to register multiple entries is not permitted. Multiple entries by one person are automatically eligible for disqualification and will have all their entries invalidated, including any claim to any prize.
- All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw to win one of five Visa gift cards valued at $25 each. Only 5 winners will be selected. The total prize pool value is up to $125 (including GST).
- Family Planning Australia reserves the right at its sole discretion to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. If the entrant has already been awarded a prize before being found to have breached these terms and conditions, the entrant must immediately return any awarded prize to Family Planning Australia.
- The winners will be drawn by random selection at 12pm on 11/7/2023 at 8, Holker Street, Newington, NSW 2127. Family Planning Australia’s decision is final and no correspondence regarding the draw results will be entertained.
- The winner/s will be notified by email within five working days of the draw and must respond within 7 working days of being contacted. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the gift card provider. Once awarded, Family Planning Australia is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
- All entrants agree that if they win the prize, they will not, and their companions will not, sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs in relation to the taking of the prize, to any media or other organisation, without Family Planning Australia’s prior written consent. Photographs will be allowed to be taken only at the discretion of Family Planning Australia.
- Family Planning Australia. is collecting the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of conducting this survey (including but not limited to determining the winner).
